Clean, Happy and delicious Pizza Pietra, siezed my day At first I was hesitant because of the mixed reviews but I really wanted to give it a try, especially because of the praised stone oven and authentic dough. I've been to most regions of Italy, ate a lot of very good pizza and I must say this pizza restaurant reminded me the times I was in Mediterranean. You must use good quality ingredients and have precise dough craftsmanship, and have the right oven with the correct temperature to make a delicious pizza. But every body knows, in our modern times, this equation is quite impossible in big cities because of the cost and profit concerns. But in this pizza shop they nearly got the perfect combination. They have a real stove oven at the right temperature, good quality ingredients and handmade authentic dough. Both pizza and Foccacia are nicely crusty and juicy. The Tomato sauce is not bitter nor too sweet, just yummy and fresh ;-). Toppings and mozzarella have a very good price to quality ratio. All the ingredients are really really fresh A suggestion for them, I think you should make a pizza with different ingredients which are hard to find in PoCo And for me the most important thing , people in this pizza shop are really happy, hospitable, positive and energetic. They really smile to you because they just want to. The total vibe is just like the warm and welcoming family owned pizza shops in Italy too . Ps: I asked the owner to tour the kitchen because of my cleanliness obsession. And yes he let me to quickly tour the kitchen and I'm amazed, this is a really really clean kitchen for BC standarts

I can see why the mixed reviews. People, this is not a common pizza joint. First, there is no HAM!! Being a Turkish pizza place means everything is HALAL, like most of Turkish restaurants in Canada. HALAL means no Pork products. The meats are most likely beef, lamb or chicken. The taste of pepperoni, salami and sausages will be different than the regular pork ones, but still taste delicious. This place is heaven for us eating only Halal food though. There is not many pizza place that we can order anything without worrying about ham or pepperoni. The desserts are the top items on my list. Pizza tasted so good, ingredients looked fresh and the portion was big. My family enjoyed every bite of the food, desserts not too sweet and pizzas not too salty. The owner is a very nice lady. Will definitely come again, lots on the menu to try still :)

I ordered the poached eggs with avocado. They took a while to get the plate ready, but it was much better than what I had hoped for. Ingredients were fresh, tasty and I would definitely come back again

My colleague recommended me Pizza Pietra, and I must tell this is a hidden gem. This evening we were greeted by a friendly young guy who helped us choose two pizzas - meat and vegetarian. What was very important for us, all the meat they use - pepperoni, salami - is beef (we usually skip meat options at pizza places as we don’t eat pork). Great pizza, lovely service. Thank you guys!

I recently visited Pizza Pietra and really enjoyed their pizza and San Sebastian cheesecake. The pizza had a crispy crust with fresh, tasty toppings. It was delicious! The San Sebastian cheesecake was the best part—it was rich, smooth, and creamy, with a slightly caramelized top that gave it extra flavor. If you love desserts, you should definitely try this cheesecake!

I really loved this small and cozy Turkish cafe run by two Turkish women. The staff is very warm and friendly. Although the menu is a bit limited, the breakfast options are quite delicious. I loved everything, from the sucuk (Turkish sausage) to the eggs and meat-filled pastries. For four people (we ordered a bit too much), the total was 105. I definitely recommend it—a lovely cafe!

This place should be illegal... because the food is criminally good! I came for the pizza, but stayed for the lahmacun, Turkish pide, and the breakfast that made me question every brunch I’ve ever had. Everything tastes like it’s made with love (and maybe some kind of delicious magic). If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out big time. Go hungry, leave happy!
